Their places of residence
Dear Confreres,
Greetings in the Lord and Happy New Year, which we are just beginning and which will engage us in many commitments at the service of the mission. In particular, in September we will have the Intercapitular Assembly during which we will evaluate the journey we have travelled as an Institute in these last three years, verifying the implementation of the Capitular decisions and studying new ways to continue with its realisation. (RL 144).
We are convinced that this Assembly will be a moment of grace, a work of evaluation and of special discernment to continue with the implementation of the XVIII General Chapter. It will be a moment of prayer, reflection, dialogue and discernment to understand what, in today’s situation, the Lord continues to tell us to invite us to make our way with the people of God in the various continents where we proclaim and witness Jesus and serve his people.
We invite all the members of the Institute to live this preparation time by asking the Lord for the gift of the Holy Spirit for all the participants to this Assembly so that we may understand what the Lord wishes for our Institute.
With this message we convene the Intercapitular Assembly and inform you that:
1. The Intercapitular Assembly will be held in Rome from 9 to 30 September 2018.
2. The participants will be the members of the General Council, the secretaries of the general secretariats, the persons in charge of the communication office and the accompaniment of confreres in particular situations at the level of the GA, the general secretary, the provincial and delegation superiors, the representative of the Superior General in Poland and some Brothers’ representatives, chosen by the General Council. There will also be some confreres who will help as secretaries and in translations.

Dear Confreres, we remain open to your suggestions and proposals.
