Meeting of Comboni Missionary Brothers in Nairobi

On May 9-12 there took place in Nairobi, at the Comboni Brothers’ Center (CBC), the triennial meeting of the Brothers belonging to the English-speaking Comboni circumscriptions (APDESAM). Bro. Daniele Giusti (picture), General Assistant in charge of the brothers, who was on an official visit to Kenya, took part in the meeting. His journey will continue on to Cotonou, Benin, where, on May 17-24, there will take place the assembly of provincials of French-speaking Africa.
Twenty Brothers – besides Bro. Daniele Giusti – coming from various provinces of the sub-continent attended the Brothers’ Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya. The objectives of the meeting were: finding ways and means of strengthening the vocation promotion of the Brothers; better communications among the confreres of the sub-continent; a better knowledge of some questions concerning the Brothers in the Institute. The meeting, organized by the CBC, started on May 9 and ended on Sunday, May 12.
