4th Meeting on the Ratio Missionis: 22.11.2011

The commission of the RM is made up of Fr. Mariano  Tibaldo, General secretary for the Evangelisation, Fr.  John Baptist K. Opargiw, General secretary of Basic Formation,  Fr. Jorge García Castillo, General secretary of Ion Going Formation and Fr. Massimo Robol former Provincial of Mozambique. Present at the meeting, Fr. Antonio Villarino in charge of Evangelisation for the GC.

4^th Meeting on the Ratio Missionis: 22/11/2011

 Present: Fr. A. Villarino in charge of the Evangelisation for the GC, Frs. Mariano Tibaldo, John Baptist Opargiw, Jorge Garcia, Massimo Robol.

After a short prayer the draft document, with the additions made by the members of the committee, has been reviewed. After further corrections/additions the committee has discussed   some other details:

1)      On the layout: we have decided on a format similar to the booklet of Chapter Acts 2009 with comments explaining specific topics.

2)      We have agreed on how to draft the introduction and the conclusion of the document.

Fr. Mariano will review and correct the document with the proposals made by the committee, will write the introduction and the conclusion and, eventually,  send the document to members of the committee for the final correction.

After the approval by the General Council, the Ratio will be printed in a limited number of copies and presented to the provincials/delegates at the intercapitular assembly for approval.
